Amenity Reservations

 

 

Sweetwater amenities are available for reservations. Residents may reserve the Clubhouse, Events Lawn and Pool Pavilion. Pool Pavilion reservation does not include use and/or access to the pool unless otherwise approved by the HOA manager. All Amenity Rentals require the signed rental contract, $150.00 deposit and fee payment turned in.  For reservation slots to be approved.  

The following are the only available time slots for each amenity:

Pool Pavillion: 10:00am-2:00pm or 6:00pm-10:00pm                                $25.00/hr   

Events Lawn: 10:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm                                    $25.00/hr   

Clubhouse: 10:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm or 6:00pm-10:00pm     $25.00/hr      

 

Your set up and clean up are required to be within your time slots.

ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA OR POOL PAVILION , NO EXCEPTIONS

The clubhouse is (38 feet 10 inches in length and 22 feet 11 inches in width) amenity includes tables and chairs that are available for your use. There are 4 x 60 in round tables which seat 6-8, 8 cocktail tables (4 round and 4 square) that can seat 3-4 people or are available for bar height, and there are 3 x 6ft. rectangular tables which seat about 6-8 comfortably. There are approximately 66 gray chairs and 22 folding chairs also available for your use.   The clubhouse features: music (surround sound), cable television, a full kitchen including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and sink, and restrooms.  

Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the function is subject to forfeiture of the $25.00/hr reservation fee.

To create an amenity reservation, simply click on the link below, select the date on the calendar you would like to reserve and follow the prompts. Reservations cannot overlap each other. 

All funds must be received prior to confirmation of reservation. Please feel free to drop your reservation check payment off at the clubhouse between 9am-5pm Tuesday-Friday and Saturday 9am-1pm.
